Writing has never been optional for Hannah Begg. Like eating and breathing, it is something integral to her existence. Everyday she is thankful to be able to make a career from something that brings her so much pleasure.

 

Hannah graduated with a LLB Honours Law degree in 2001 and went in to legal practice before she embarked on a journey much later in life to become an English teacher. Hannah gained QTS in 2021 with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and an Apprenticeship in Secondary Education for which Hannah was awarded 'Outstanding.'

 

During the months of the lockdown and whilst on the teacher training programme, Hannah began to write poetry which she shared on Facebook with her family and friends. Fortunately, those closest to her found beauty and meaning in her poems and encouraged her to consider publishing her work. This was the beginning of the first chapter of her professional literary life. Since then, Hannah Begg has published poetry books having written over 200 hundred poems, and has just completed her first novel which is available for sale in most parts of the world. Having recently published her first novel, Aria, Hannah is now working on the second book in the fantasy series.

Hannah is an English teacher and writing is a most loved hobby.
